Administrative Assistant
High-energy, meticulous, multi-lingual US Citizen.
Language preference is English-French; will consider Spanish, German or Italian.
Energetic support of management and sales staff in development of US defense markets and establishment of international presence in the global aerospace, aircraft and aircraft engine markets. Defense or aircraft industry experience a plus.
You must have:
- Strong interpersonal skills including communicating with non-English speakers.
- Solid computer skills in MS Office and a familiarity with ERP or MRP software.
- Ability to advocate and support stated company goals and objectives.
- Interpersonal skills to handle diverse personalities and management skills to multi-task for several individuals with different short-term interests and priorities seeking the same long-term strategy and objectives.
- Familiarity with internet travel planning including booking international and domestic flights, hotels and rental cars; prepare itineraries and expense reports.
- Tactful use of gatekeeper skills to maximize efficiency of manager time.
- Ability to organize or improve information storage and retrieval.
Fast-paced environment requiring strong interpersonal skills.
Preference given to high-energy, meticulous, multi-lingual US Citizens.
