 Turbojet Engine Hush Kits Hush kit nozzles are additions to the tail pipes of turbojet engines which allow older aircraft to meet FAA Stage 3 Noise Reduction Standards. These assemblies must withstand very high temperatures, frequent and extreme thermal cycling, high vibration, and high dynamic pressures imposed by both the jet exhaust and the airflow around the aircraft. We have produced these components for the Boeing 707, 727, and the BAC 111. We are currently producing them for the McDonnell-Douglas MD-80 and Gulfstream G2 and G3 series aircraft.
