Missile Telemetry Module WRTTM is a series of precision machined, highly finished parts forming the structure for a warhead replacement telemetry system for the AMRAAM air-to-air missile system. The telemetry obtained from the missiles has greatly improved the effectiveness of the weapon and allows for multiple training uses of the same weapon. System components are made from cast and wrought 17-4 PH stainless steel and 4130 alloy steel.

Miniature Backplane The precision machining process required to build this special backplane required special tooling and equipment developed in concert with the customer. The base material is aluminum, the location of hundreds of connector holes are within .0001 and the unit is gold plated. The application is an earth orbit satellite.

Planetary Fixture These clean room fixtures are used in the manufacture of radio crystals. The assemblies are six inches in diameter, rotate in a planetary vacuum tool and mechanically flip during deposition sequences. Made from 316 stainless steel, hole diameters, locations and surface finishes are critical; all surfaces were polished to eliminate any chance of contamination.
